Planning Permit Documents

A planning documentation search is an application to obtain approved (endorsed) documentation associated with planning permits for a particular address.

The documents that may be obtained include:

  • Planning Permit
  • Endorsed Plans
  • Delegate Report
  • Any endorsed report, plan or document that forms part of a Permit.

A planning documentation search can provide multiple historic planning permit records for a property that generally date back to the early 1990s.

While we can advise on historic applications, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific documents.

Fees

The application fee is for the retrieval and search of documentation. The fee is non-refundable even if the requested documents cannot be retrieved. If you’re paying by card, a card payment fee applies.
