We regularly host expert-run information sessions for families, aiming to provide parents, guardians and carers with current information and strategies on many topics. These include teaching body safety, building resilience, coping with anxiety, and nurturing yourself as a parent.

Parent and Caregivers of Young Children Learn CPR & AED use
We invite you to join Ambulance Victoria us for a practical 90 minute workshop delivered by Paramedics to learn how you can help to save a life. You can learn how to:
- Recognise a health emergency
- Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation CPR
- Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
Cost: FREE
When: Thursday 17 July 2025 1.30 to 3 pm

Ongoing sessions
Ran by our Maternal and Child Health Nurses
Council's Maternal and Child Health nurses run a number of information sessions and programs which support families with young children. These include
- The Breastfeeding Support Clinic
- The Sleep and Settling Program (this information session will cover topics ranging from introducing first foods to age-appropriate feed, play and sleep patterns)
- Food sessions for babies and toddlers
