Help and Support over the Holiday Season
The holiday season can be a difficult time for many families, with an increased need for support services. The City of Port Phillip is here to help, and we’ve compiled a list of internal council services and external support hotlines to provide you with the assistance you need.
Council Services

When you contact ASSIST, ask to speak to someone from the Family Support team. Our team is here to help you navigate challenges, provide guidance, and connect you with the right resources.

In an emergency or if you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please call 000 for Police and/or Ambulance assistance.
