We have many parks, gardens and foreshore sites where you can promote your business or product.
Permits are needed to ensure safety and amenity in public open spaces and help in the sustainable management of our spaces.

Promotional Activities Permit
How to apply
- Read our guidelines and list of fees.
- Submit your application form. Please allow up to 10 working days for an outcome. You will be contacted for more information if needed.
- An invoice will be issued once the application has been assessed.
- The permit will be issued upon payment.
Promotional Flyers Permits
This is for local businesses who want to use public open space to distribute printed materials.
How to apply:
- Read the Guidelines to Promotional Flyers Distribution
- Complete an application form. Please ensure you provide:
- a copy of the promotional material
- your current Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance (minimum of $20M).
- Once the application has been assessed, an invoice will be issued.
- Upon payment, the permit will be issued
