Promotional Activities Permit

How to apply

  • Read the Promotional Activities Facts Sheet and List of Fees.
  • Complete and return an application form. Please allow up to ten working days for the assessment of this application. Applications are reviewed by an Events Manager who will contact the event organiser for any clarification required.
  • Once the application has been assessed, an invoice will be issued.
  • The permit will be issued upon payment.

Promotional Flyers Permits

If you are a local business wanting to distribute printed materials within public open space in our City, you will require this permit to do so.

How to apply:

  • Read the Guidelines to Promotional Flyers Distribution
  • Complete an application form. Please ensure you provide a copy of the promotional material and of your current Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance (minimum of $20M).
  • Once the application has been assessed, an invoice will be issued
  • Upon payment, the permit will be issued.
