What is the YAC and how can I get involved?

The Youth Advisory Committee (YAC) is made up of a group of local young people aged 15-25 who act as the voice for young people within Council, advocating for the needs, wants and concerns of young people living, studying and working within the City of Port Phillip.

The committee meet once a month, engaging with guest speakers from within council and external organisations and also manage their own self-guided community projects.

To be eligible to join the YAC you must be aged between 15-25 and live, work, study or play in the City of Port Phillip.
