Polish Senior Citizens Club of St Kilda 'Astry'

The club has been in existence for more than 30 years. The aim of the group is to bring together the Polish seniors through organizing culturally appropriate engaging activities that enable them to connect and interact with their peers on a regular basis. The social activities are mainly singing and dancing, gentle exercises, community meals, celebrating Polish tradition and culture, field trips, and information sessions related to positive ageing.
