The Youth Leadership Program (YLP) is a great opportunity to gain leadership skills in a environment that provides young people with a meaningful voice, and empowers them in program planning, decision-making and delivery.
Each group is guided by a teacher or supporting adult to develop a unique initiative and gets an opportunity to present their project to Councillors at City of Port Phillip.
