    My Port Phillip will be available again from 1 pm on Monday 1 July. If you need urgent assistance during this time, call us on 03 9209 6777. St Kilda Town Hall will be closed from 4 pm on Friday 28 June until 1 pm Monday 1 July. Port Melbourne Town Hall is closed on Monday 1 July.
