New office spaces for hire
Are you looking for an office space to hire? We now have four office spaces available as part of our regular hires program. These office spaces are located at:
- Fishermans Bend Community Centre
- Koolin-ngal Family Centre
- Middle Park Community Centre
- Sol Green Community Centre.
Previously, these spaces were utilised by City of Port Phillip staff, but after moving to a more remote working style and encouraging staff to work from St Kilda Town Hall these spaces have now been prepped and are available for external use.
Each of the spaces are well equipped with tables, chairs, amenities, and other resources. For the full details, we recommend reviewing each of the related venue pages.
How to apply
All applications must be made through the customer booking portal or via the Community Centre Regular Hire Form prior to the closing date, Sunday 5 May 2024, and must include the appropriate supporting documentation.
Through the online portal, you can see when our venues are available, make bookings, pay invoices, and upload the information we need to make your booking experience as smooth as possible.
We also have two handy help cards to make the process even easier: one for new regular hirers and one for returning regular hirers.
