2025 Community Satisfaction Survey coming soon

The survey provides importance and satisfaction ratings for the major Council services and facilities as well as scores for satisfaction with Council overall, and some performance indicators consistent with state-wide local government reporting. In the past, the survey was conducted by computer assisted telephone interview. This year, Metropolis Research will conduct the survey face-to-face. This will allow our community members to openly share their experiences with the interviewer.
The survey methodology is to interview 900 residents across our municipality and may take 12-15 minutes to complete. Our researchers will have identification and introduce themselves to you. We encourage you to view their ID and they will have with them a signed authority letter advising the survey is not a scam.
Personal details and individual responses are confidential and only the overall results are shared with City of Port Phillip. The results of the survey will enable a better understanding of customer needs and help us improve our service delivery. The annual survey results are published on our website and Know Your Council website each year at the culmination of the LFPRF reporting period which is approximately in November each year

These 2024 results were published on the Know Your Council website in November 2024 and then posted to Council’s website a few weeks later following an administrative error.
