Council meetings operate in a hybrid mode with the option to attend in person at St Kilda Town Hall or Virtually.
Council meetings are live-streamed via our 'Webcast site' to allow our community to watch the meeting online from home. 
Please note live-streaming does not allow for public participation, should you wish to participate at a Council meeting please visit Council's 'Request to Speak at a Council Meeting' webpage to register by 4pm on the day of the meeting. If you are unable to register online, manual registration forms will be available upon entry to the Town Hall for in person submissions.

14 & 15 May Council Meetings - Tram Works Disruptions

Please note, Yarra trams are undertaking works on Brighton Road and Carlisle Street, that will affect travel to and from St Kilda Town Hall.
St Kilda Road/Brighton Road (between Inkerman Street and Carlisle Street) are reduced to one lane in each direction. The result of this closure has significant flow-on impacts to traffic and parking in the surrounding areas, with detours redirecting traffic onto Chapel Street, Byron Street, Glen Eira Road, and Glen Huntly Road. There is also a partial closure of Carlisle Street between St Kilda Road and Chapel Street, directly impacting visitors to the St Kilda Town Hall.

Please allow additional time additional time for your journey to the Town Hall if you are attending the 14 May or 15 May Council meetings.
