The City of Port Phillip is undertaking a review on the current and future needs of the St Kilda Road Precinct and this is your chance to have your say.

The St Kilda Road Precinct is generally bounded by St Kilda and Queens Roads and Kings Way.

Council is reviewing the height controls for the whole of the St Kilda Road Precinct as well as an adjoining area within South Melbourne. As part of this assessment, we are considering a range of matters, including:

Current and future community needs
Infrastructure capacity
Built form including building heights
