Quarterly Council Plan Reports

Council engages in a number of formal reporting processes as part of its approach to the delivery of services to our community.

Quarterly Council Plan Report

In 2009, Council adopted an integrated reporting structure that provides a quarterly summary of progress towards the achievement of the 2009 -2013 Council Plan.  This report includes performance indicators and key information related to risk and insurance issues, capital works projects and our finances.

Previous Years

Previously, one of the ways council measured performance was using thirteen Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).  These measured performance in five areas called People, Internal Process, Customers, Finance and Stakeholders.
