A permit is required for all promotional activities in open space within the City of Port Phillip.

Promotional activities  include:

  •  handing out flyers, samples or information or
  • running any type of activity that advertises or promotes a product or organisation.

Application Process

The applicant is required to:

• Complete an application form, and

• Provide any requested information, including:

            o Current Public Liability Insurance

            o A copy of promotional material or sample of product giveaways

            o Pictures of the site layout and any promotional structures, signage or vehicles.
