Pay Animal Registration

To register a 'new' animal, that has not been previously registered with the City of Port Phillip, please refer to the Animal Registration page for further information.

To pay your existing Animal Registration Renewal, the following payment options are available:

1. At any Australia Post Office or branch (cash, cheque, money order, EFTPOS or credit card - mastercard & visa are accepted).
2. BPay via the internet or phone using credit card or debit card (Amex and Diners Club not available), or contact your Bank for further details.
3. POSTbillpay by phone, using credit card or debit card (Amex and Diners Club not available), on 13 18 16, International payments please call +61 13 18 16. You will need your POSTbillpay Biller Code & Reference number which is on your renewal notice.
4. POSTbillpay by internet, visit POSTbillpay and follow the instructions. Enter your POSTbillpay Billpay Code & Reference Number as it appears on your Renewal Notice into the space provided.
5. In person at any Port Phillip Town Hall - St. Kilda, Port Melbourne and South Melbourne see Town hall locations. (cash,  cheque, money order, EFTPOS, credit card - Bankcard, Master Card, Visa & American Express) 
6. By mail (cheque, money order or credit card) to Private Bag 3 St Kilda, VIC 3182. Please make cheques payable to "Port Phillip City Council".
7. Complete the credit card section on the back of your renewal form.  Please also include any changes (if any) that you wish to make to the animal record.  The completed form can be faxed to Animal Management on (03) 9536 2757, or emailed to helpdesk-animalmgt@portphillip.vic.gov.au.
