General Planning Permit Application
If your planning permit application is in response to a current Planning Enforcement issue, please clearly state this and the Customer Reference Number (located on any correspondence received from the Planning Enforcement team) in the description field on the application form.
All applicants must complete both the Application Form and Application Checklist.
