Our Middle Years and Youth Services team can help with advice, referrals and support for young people and their families. Find out what help is available.

What support is available?

We offer free and confidential support to young people aged 8 to 25 who live, work, or study in the City of Port Phillip. We also support families and carers.

What we help with

  • Employment
  • Alcohol and drug issues
  • Mental health
  • Legal concerns
  • Navigating local supports

How support works

Young people can access up to five one-on-one sessions over a three-month period. These sessions are tailored to individual needs and goals.

Am I eligible?

You must meet the following criteria:

  • Live, work or study in Port Phillip
  • Aged 8 to 25 years old

How do I get help?
