    Our contact centre is open Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5 pm. If you call us other times, you'll speak with our after-hours service. You will be able to request a call back during business hours.

    If your request requires urgent attention, our team will be notified. This includes requests for parking officers between 6 am and 11 pm, 7 days a week.

    On public holidays your call will be diverted to our after-hours service.
